JD:

• Responsible for analyzing performance in both SP, to indicate the business results from data standpoint. he/she also support to provides the insight to management team to diagnose the performance.
• The second part of job for him/her is to conduct the Rev and Profit analysis to anticipate the business results, to remind Area to do the necessary actions for performance.
• CPM and MI job is a fundamental for Area Marketing team, would need very strong data sense and fully understand the link a situation. without this function, we would lost navigation and hard to keep the right track in each business units.

Responsibilites:

• Provide the performance reporting to indicate the Business results - SP
• Analysis the insight for performance achievment/Gap from datastandpoint.
• To work with Area mgr/Dist RM team to conduct relevant CPM actions.
• To engage in integrating database activity to support appropriate marketing portfolios, programs and projects.
• To providet the data to support to CSM/MI team for segment deployment and competitive analysis.

Job Requirements / Skills:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Finance or relevant discipline.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Very strong data sense, proficient in Access, PowerPoint, Excel and Word applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills,highly.
• Motivated, goal-oriented and able to workindependently, a good team player as well.
• Familiar with logistics industry and international trade development in China.
• At least 1 year related experience.
