RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. 配合公司的品牌标准、业务模式和传播策略，进行公司宣传物的平面设计；

2. 协助市场部完成内外部活动的宣传、设计和执行；

3. 参与构思企业线上传播的创意和视觉美化；

4. 配合业务部门优化服务建议书的文字，图标，图片的排版与设计；

5. 参与市场宣传所需的摄影、摄像和简单剪辑制作。

6. 有效进行与各区域及业务线的设计相关沟通工作

 

1. Conduct graphic design of company publicity materials in accordance with the company's brand standards, business models and communication strategies;

 

2. Assist the Marketing Department to complete the publicity, design and implementation of internal and external activities;

 

3. Participate in the conception of the creativity and visual optimization of the company's digital communications;

 

4. Cooperate with the business departments to optimize the typesetting and design of the text, ICONS and pictures of the service proposals;

 

5. Participate in photography, video shooting and simple video editing for marketing promotions;

 

6. Effectively carry out design related communications with different regions and business lines.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 精通Illustrator, InDesign及Adobe Photoshop等软件；

2. 大专以上学历；

3. 具有1-2年相关工作经验；

4. 有房地产行业市场部经验/出版社/公关公司/广告公司/外企或大型企业市场部工作经验者优先；

5. 善于沟通，具有创新及团队精神

6. 擅长摄影、摄像及使用iMovie软件者优先考虑

7. 求职者需付7-8个参考作品

 

1. Proficient in Illustrator, InDesign and Adobe Photoshop;

 

2. College degree or above;

 

3. 1-2 years relevant working experience;

 

4. Experience in marketing of real estate industry/publishing house/public relations company/advertising company/foreign company or large enterprise is preferred;

 

5. Good communication skills, innovative and team spirit

 

6. Good at photography, video recording and iMovie software is preferred
