主要职责：

支持招聘顾问进行招聘工作。

日常工作内容：

• 安排面试；
• 带领候选人去会议室，通知面试官；
• 在各招聘渠道发布广告；
• 搜索候选人简历；
• 致电候选人邀请应聘；
• 维护候选人才库；
• 报表制作；
• 以及其他招聘部门需要的支持；

要求：

• 大学在校生；
• 性格主动，开朗；
• 认真负责
• 有团队合作精神；
• 喜欢与人沟通；
• 愿意接受挑战，不怕失败；
• 有HR, 市场营销或销售实习经验优先；
• 一周可工作四天以上；

工作地点：上海市长宁区临虹路280弄3号楼

实习工资：120/天

工作时间：周一到周五，9：00-18：00

实习期：3至6个月
