职责描述：
1、根据爱玛客保洁/运送的标准化要求管理医院项目的环境保洁或运送服务工作（包括：病人运送、标本运送、消毒品运送、物品运送、药品运送）；
2、起草并监控部门年度运营财务预算费用，合理使用预算费用；
3、参与招聘、培训、监督及安排部门员工的日常工作，保证工作流畅、安全；
4、建立监控工作质量的系统，做好每日的巡视工作；
5、及时专业化的解决客户的问题，积极采取有效步骤控制问题发生；
6、有效地保持与医院客户和员工的沟通，及时处理现场发生的事件；
7、负责对下属的管理、指导、培训、激励；
8、管理物料的采购和库存；
9、完成上级经理安排的其他工作。

任职条件：
1、全日制大专以上学历，性别户籍不限，诚恳有责任心；
2、三年以上餐饮、商场、酒店、物业等行业工作经验者优先；
3、具有良好的沟通协调能力、专业形象和团队精神；
4、具有很强的适应能力和承受较大工作压力的能力；
5、熟练操作计算机办公软件。
