PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
This position is accountable to lead sales team for the following:
- Expend Area’s retail LB business and execute business strategy.
- Lead sales team to achieve sales KPIs which includes but not limited to 15 sales call/week/person, no less than 12 new signing/year/person, 30TPD contract volume of new signing/year/person and 50% on stream rate. Achieve Rev 0.35MM/Sales/Year.
- Push sales team to try every means to improve margin, including execute PIP and ME, 24 hours delivery window, industrial park cold call, direct marketing channel (should response DM within 5 days) , customer referral and referral from sales of other product lines and MFOs to build up a sufficient hot prospect pipeline which is critical to hitting new signing targets.
- Customer satisfaction and retention. Assign existing customers to Field Sales to maintain the accounts. Work closely with other functions in AP to resolve issues of customer to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead sales team to manage the contract. With the support from inside sales, proactively manage the contract renewal of the existing customers.
- Work with cross functional teams like customer engineering and CT to provide value added service to customers to improve customer loyalty and enhance AP’s brand recognition in the market.
- With daily account management to build good customer relationship and get new signing from customer expansion projects.
- Work with sales team to get leads and referrals from existing accounts to help business growth for both LB and other product lines and MFOs.
- Give training for Field Sales to input the prospects data into CRM every day, filling necessary segment info to support company to do segment analysis
- Work with inside sales to monitor and manage DSO and improve collection of accounts managed in Hai Bei area.
- Submit business call report to commercial manager/director daily and provide the sales report in time on volume/price, productivity achievement of existing accounts and segment highlights feedbacked by customers and market competition of this Area.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education
- University education (in business or technical area preferred).
- Work Experience
- At least 4-5years of progressive and successful experience in LB Sales Team.
- Please refer to the LB Commercial Team career ladder.
- Skills
- Business acumen for LB business
- Commercial skill such as prospecting, negotiation and accounts management
- Qualities
- Having influencing skills. Ability to get along well with diverse personalities. Concise, strong, mature, and flexible.
