（1）协助经理开展工作，贯彻执行经理下达的各项指示，及时汇报工作进展。
（2）熟悉暖通工程、医用净化工程的施工工艺、施工流程及相关验收规范，了解工程设计的行业规范。
（3）熟悉本工程暖通系统、医用净化工程的设计理念，功能状况。
（4）参与相关例会和现场巡视，并监督检查工程施工过程中存在的各类缺陷。
（5）参与系统内的相关调试、验收工作。
（6）记录、整理发现的问题，提供建设性整改意见，并将报告递交经理。
（7）完成经理交办的其他工作
二、任职条件
（1）男性，28~45周岁，暖通专业优先。
（2）3年以上现场施工管理经验或10年以上大型酒店、商场工程主管岗位经验；
（3）具备良好的组织、沟通、协调能力，工作认真负责，责任心强；
（4）能适应工地上工作，工地完工后将留任物业工程维护及运行；
（5）持有相应行业资质；
（6）有净化工程施工管理经验或具有相应中级职称者优先。
