Objectives：

• 拜访客户，建立紧密合作关系
• 根据公司战略，逐步建立销售团队
• 负责套筒灌浆、密封胶、墙体、防腐涂料等CS产品销售工作，完成公司销售指标；并完成部分技术支持工作

Responsibilities：

• 深入了解客户内部架构，寻找商业机会
• 做好部分技术支持
• 日常拜访
• 拓展、维护销售渠道；
• 落实并完成公司下达的年度、月度销售计划和任务，制定营销策略；

Requirements：

• 建筑工程或者建筑材料专业，本科以上学历；    

• 5年以上建筑施工、建筑材料相关市场工作经验；    

• 熟悉建筑市场及建筑材料的需求，有套筒灌浆，密封胶技术经验，有与大型建筑集团企业工作经验的优先考虑；    

• 熟悉施工流程，了解常见建筑材料

• 具备良好的职业素养及拼搏精神    

• 良好的英语说，写能力，6级以上
