  • As a key member of the SIOP processsupport Sales Operation Manager to deploy SIOP strategy and processes as per LV China policy, continuously improve the process.
  • Working closely with Sales and Marketing managers in establishing executable Demand Plans. The Demand Manager also works closely with Operations to determine appropriate inventory planning strategies and production plans to deliver the Demand Plan. Partner with Finance to ensure that the Demand Plan and Supply / Production Plans developed through the SIOP process achieve the desired financial results.
  • Analyzing the business trends, customer profiles to identify the potential risks, gaps and overlaps. Partnering with Sales and Marketing teams to address the risks, gaps and develop workable demand plans agreed by all stakeholders.
  • Champion SIOP Consensus plan meeting with all Stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Operations, SCM, Customer Service, Finance) to ensure Inventory and capacity (in-house, supplier) are reviewed to finalize Consensus / Shipment Plans.
  • Prepare and ensure appropriate data availability for review during the SIOP process meetings.  Ensure the accuracy of data.
  • Prepare, Review and Monitor metrics, identify risks, gaps. Provide support to plant teams in mitigating the risks and addressing the gaps and escalate issues appropriately to meet business objectives.
  • Facilitate Organize and Conduct SIOP Executive Review meetings with key executives. Present SIOP plans, Business trends, Key Customer trends, Macro Economic trends, Metric, Risks and Opportunities.  Raise critical issues and drive decision making.  
  • Participate in supply planning meeting to ensure proper forecasting is shared with our External and Intercompany suppliers.

                                    

Requirement:

    

·         Undergraduate degree or MBA or Masters in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain preferred.

    

·         10-15 years’ experience or more in demand plan / materials management / marketing.

    

·         Clear success in the delivery of planning capabilities, ideally in a complex, high volume, high variability environment.

    

·         Expertise and knowledge of Forecasting Tools such as IOP, Demantra is desired

    

·         High proficiency in applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access

    

·         Strong analytical, problem solving and continuous improvement skills

    

·         Expertise in driving business process improvement initiatives

    

·         Strong oral and written communication skills
