With the integration of planning process in the whole logistics function, we need a dedicated position for all planning systems to link all the related business partners. This position is the key to optimize the process from supplier end to the customer end for the best customer service with lowest inventory level.

随着物流体系里的各项计划职能的整合，我们需要一位专注于计划领域的协调者沟通相关的业务伙伴。他/她将会是从供应商端到客户端所有流程优化的关键，并且需要确保在***程度满足客户满意度的前提下，保持最小的库存水平。

Main Objectives:

1. Fulfill the customers’ demand to realize company’s turnover target.

2. Balance the production plan to make sure the production to be stable.

3. Monitor the supply status for materials delivered in time with lowest inventory level.

Main KPIs:

1. 98% service rate

2. 0.5 months’ stock level of turnover

3. Forecast accuracy

Main Tasks:

1. Monthly

The first thing for customers’ demand is the forecast management. This role should collect the forecast from sales admin team and follow forecast process to analyze the forecast data to improve forecast accuracy.

This position is the lead for monthly S&OP meeting for assigned production lines. He/ she should determine the production quantity and delivery quantity in the next months.

2. Weekly

Organize weekly MPS meeting to define the next 4 weeks’ production plan by reference level. And he/ she should monitor the orders status comparing with the forecast and monitor the production status vs. plan.

Also, he/ she should give procurement team the alert materials for the next 1-2 weeks to avoid material shortage.

3. Daily

To communicate efficiently, this role should lead daily SIM meeting to communicate with sales admin, production team and procurement team. He/ she need avoid production shut down and escalate the critical issues to logistics manager if needed.

4. Project Support

To support NPI project, he/ she need monitor the materials available to make sure the project can launch in time according to the project schedule. Also we need check the capacity of the production line to make sure the enough production capacity for samples making and FPD procedure.

5. Continuous improvement

To increase customer satisfaction and supply chain efficiency, he/ she should continuous improve the whole supply chain planning processes.

- Forecast process including forecast analysis

- Production planning: push/ pull interface and production method

- Material procurement process and purchasing strategy.

- Inventory control process including inventory analysis and safety stock setting.

Required qualifications and/or experience :

1. Bachelor Degree is a must.

大学本科学历。

2. Rich S&OP, MPS and MRP knowledge and skills. Min 3 years related working experience in a manufacturing company.

丰富的S&OP, MPS和MRP知识和技能。至少3年制造型企业相关工作经历。

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Project experience is a plus.

强大的沟通和人际关系能力。项目经历是加分点。

4. Familiar with ERP system, experience for SAP and Kingdee is a plus.

熟悉ERP系统，有SAP, 金蝶系统的经历是加分点。

5. Good understanding of logistics and production processes. Procurement experience is a plus.

对物流和生产流程非常熟悉，采购经历是加分点。

6. Outstanding data mining knowledge and skills. Proficient Excel, PPT skills. Access is a plus.

出色的数据挖掘知识和技能，丰富的Excel，PPT技能。熟悉Access是加分点。

7. Reading and writing English is a must.

阅读和书写英语的能力是必须的。
