职位描述

岗位职责：

区域财务管理及内控执行 (50%) ：

1、负责区域会计人员管理（招聘、绩效及告诫、考勤、离职）、培训与业务指导（按会计工作标准化与总部相关要求）；

2、负责区域内新开业油站或关停站的财税事项（含银行、税务等）；

3、负责管理区域内油站日常财务核算及银行、税务事项(如月结、盘点、收款、对账、印鉴、稽查等事项)；

4、对区域内促销业务提供财务指导；

5、本区域费用预算的制定与执行；

6、审核区域内对外报送的各类报表（统计等）；

7、参与《财务手册》、内控规定、会计标准化的修订；

8、各项内控要求的落实（参照内控分册与财务分册）；

9、根据授权进行油站合同审批与用章审批；

10、财税相关的顾客投诉应对。

Project Management and Coordination（50%）：

1、Process Optimization: analyze and diagnose the process, propose solutions, and promote the implementation of process optimization and transformation. set the key indicators of the process and monitor the operation, continuously optimize the process, and improve the operation efficiency from finance control aspect；

2、Process Digitization: work with IT team to promote the digitalization and/or automation of the process, improve efficiency, strengthen supervision, reduce risk；

3、Data flow analysis: understand the data flow and quality as well as the management requirements, identify the control weakness of data generation / collection, design the continuous improvement plan and track the implementation results and effect；

4、Project management: prepare project plan, follow up the progress and evaluate the results；

5、Training delivery: work with project team to provide training about new processes or new solutions to all end users.

任职资格：

-至少五年以上财务内控相关工作经验，3年外资企业相关经验；

-2年以上团队管理或项目管理经验；

-有大中型商贸零售行业经验者优先；

-大型零管系统或财务系统的关键用户经验者优先；

-熟练使用VISIO,WORD,EXCEL,PPT等办公软件；

-结构性思维、优秀的数据统计和分析能力；

-擅长跨部门沟通和问题解决；

-熟悉流程管理，项目管理的基本理论，方法，工具，具有持续改进，流程优化经验和思维。

-良好的中文口头和书面沟通能力（英语读写熟练者优先）
