湖州招聘

1）负责工程部日常维修工作分配及报修结果跟进，确保消单速度满足项目要求；

2）负责根据每月工作计划保质保量完成工作任务，达成工作目标；

3）负责医院日常报修的处理及应急投诉；

4）负责医院园区设备设施维保及维修；

5）上级安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历, 强弱电或暖通、给排水专业毕业，熟悉楼宇的强电（如高压配电室、强电路等），弱电（消防、监控、区域网络、门禁系统等）的维修和管理、具备电梯安全员管理资质。 

2、具有良好的职业道德和服务意识、良好的团队精神与组织领导能力，责任心强，工作积极主动； 

3、熟悉物业工程验收、交接、公共设施设备的维修保养及客户报修等工作流程，较强的应变力与协调力，能够独立处理客户问题及紧急突发事件；
