Key Responsibilities

Individuals in this group support the following:

1) Operation excellence: On line monitor material flow with

identify risk in supply fulfillment and opportunity to get more

supply from bottleneck station

2) Feeder parts management: Warehouse management on checking

inventory and daily inspection status to map out on hand quantity

3) Equipment status check: On site check machine ETA, fine tune

and qualification status, well understand equipment readiness line

by line

4) Fixture status check: working with vendor on counting fixture

ready time, ok to input and daily maintenance

5) OEE management: working with cross functional team to

understand daily OEE target and drive resource to hit OEE target

6) Line Qualification:

working with cross functional team to understand line qualification

plan and drive both internal and external resource to hit OEE

target. Proactively in keep team on same page on OEE daily update

7) Labor management: Monitor daily hiring/attrition status, on line

focusing on labor allocation in each process to figure opportunity

in labor saving

8) Lean initiative: With activities on production line, self driven in

figuring out any possibility in lean proposal for LT shorten, CT

improvement, etc

9) Facility track: monitor readiness of new facility with closely

track electric/water/gas supply to make sure facility could be ready

per schedule

Candidate Requirement

We are looking for individuals who are good communicators,

capable of working in multinational environments, driven and

motivated by accomplishing objectives.

The individuals need to have passion in devoting into supply chain

management and be capable of traveling.

The appropriate candidate criteria is listed below:

Engineering, Operation or Sourcing in factory background is

preferred.

3C or Manufacturing industry is preferred

3-5 years working experience

Capable in travel with 100% on site

Good written English

Good in using Office
