职位描述

1. 财务部门需要和公司有效连接，跟销售部及操作部有良好的沟通。
2. 贯彻总公司的各项财务管理制度，按照总公司管理要求及时呈报管理信息
3. 根据总公司的经营决策，协助领导做好各方面的财务管控
4. 总公司及分公司领导指派的相关财务工作
5. 对公司收入和成本资料的真实性、完整性、准确性和保密性负责
6. 负责应收账款、对账、开票等相关工作，出具应收账款报告，出具应收账款余额，及时催账加速资金回笼，对收款工作中的问题，及时和相关操作或销售沟通。
7. 协调处理公司税务工作

职位要求

1. 全日制财务专业专科以上
2. 能熟练使用财务办公软件，熟练掌握 Word、Excel、PowerPoint office软件
3. 英语四级以上，能使用英文作为日常工作语言。
4. 有国际贸易、物流、国际货运经验者优先。
5. 正直、敬业，工作严谨细致，原则性强，具有较强的沟通协调
