Report to the General Manager and the Financial Manager, you will be in charge :

Legal :

• Liaise with our lawyers to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (Business License, Minute meeting, committee, management meetings and other documentation…)
• Ensure that the company complies with financial and legal requirements
• Update the contracts with our external lawyer (suppliers and clients contracts according to the group policy)
• Company Insurance (Office, transportation)
• Review all legal documents received (Suppliers, etc.…)

Project :

• Business model studies/analysis and propositions (Organization, new activity, market analysis…)
• Project analysis development (Accounting software evolution, work with IT department for all new IT project with a link with Finance, work with supply, sourcing department for their project requirement etc…)
• Ad-hoc project

Internal Audit :

• Ensuring appropriate policies and procedures are in place and being observed
• Deploying business continuity plans for the Group
• Conducting risk assessment and management
• Work with all departments to minimize the regulatory compliance risk in its day-to-day operation.
• Support the management in creating and sustaining an effective compliance culture and advise them on regulatory developments and requirements
• Provide support in the performance of investigations into suspected irregular behaviour
• Provide support to the business in reviewing their controls
• Delivery of ad-hoc project work and general activity in support of the wider Risk and Assurance team

Requirement :

• Financial background, preferably with some real Auditing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in both Chinese & English, basic French is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify risks and appropriate controls.
• Ability to build and sustain strong relationships across teams and all levels of the organisation.
• Prepared to challenge constructively and maintain independence when reviewing methodologies.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements of the business and support with a range of tasks.
