1. Facility Management 

- Critical facility daily inspection: critical risk issue raise and follow up.

- TER Alarm handling, escalation and follow up.

- Premise maintenance asset list control and track 

2. Operation Management 

- Premise inspection and follow up

- End user adhoc request follow up 

3. Reactive Work Order 

- Collect, raise and track self -initiative requirement for Work Request during    daily inspection

- End user request follow up          

4. PPM Management 

- Asset maintenance arrangement and get approval/send notification to both    clients and end user.

- PPM report collect from vendor, review, sign-off and filing.

- TER Shutdown window application and coordinate with business department    for shutdown apprival.

- Maintenance system work order checking. 

5. Project Support

- Living site PM work support: PTW review, escort arrangement, deep cleaning etc.

- Living site construction handover, work out with clients PM team.

- New site, Branch relocation/closure handover process follow up 

6. Works Management 

- Premise citiworks operation module management, control and guide end user for    clean desk policy.

- Routine user satisfaction survey for citiworks 

7. Financial   

- Control PEP preparation and submission and approval documentations for PO    issuing.

- Invoice tracking and support the finance closure. 

8. Vendor Management 

-  Vendor performance review meeting and issue follow up

- Qualification verification, and payment tracking 

9. Finance 

- Change request

- IB baseline tracking

- IB PO tracking and payment

- AB PO tracking and payment(ISS & Citi third party)

- Write off/active vendor/warranty fee/USD payment

- ISS monthly finance report

- ISS vendor contract & payment

- ISS cost analysis 

10. Project Management 

- CIP life cycle tracking(application – closure)

- IEP life cycle tracking(application – closure)(CIP & D&C)

- Project folder management

- Bidding process 

11. Daily Operation 

- Space management and Archibus

- Team internal HR process

- Building management fee and utility fee process

- Asset management and REALM

Qualifications:

1. Proficient in English

2. Bachelor Degree and above

3. Office software
