Objectives：

• The primary function of this role is to develop and implement the local commercial strategy for performance flooring product groups in line with the country strategy so as to realize the financial and profitability targets and mid-long term strategic objectives.
• Conduct and develop the business according to the country strategy and objectives in line with regional and local Code of Conduct principles.
• Development and implementation of Best Business Practices

Responsibilities：

Product Portfolio Management

• Manage the product portfolio of assigned product groups including product positioning to achieve strategic targets. Ensure volume and CM1 profitability targets are achieved for assigned product groups.
• Consolidate sales forecast or demand forecast for responsible assigned products and review monthly demand planning and forecast together with Sales and SCM/Planning and make necessary recommendations. Continuously strive to optimize the product portfolio in consultation with respective Sales and Regional Marketing teams.

Business Monitoring and Supporting

• Work with sales teams on visiting customers to identify and understand their needs in order to create suitable solutions;
• Coordinate and work with technical or logistic personnel to solve customer complaints. Work with supply chain management team and sales team on product forecasting
• Draft technical proposals according to customer needs and develop existing and potential customer portfolio.
• Training the sales engineers and applicators on responsible product lines.
• Monthly reporting and monitoring would include: 3rd party sales report (volumes, net sales, selling price, currency) and establish projects Database for acquisition and commercialized projects.
• Analyze KPIs data on a monthly basis and provide them to line manager and business director.
• Establish trend indicators based on macro industry/market indicators to prepare a forward-looking business
• Provide analytical support to the management team in support of the business and strategic planning processes.
• Special projects support.

Product management

• Work with MABAS team on regulation clearance for imported products to make sure the supplying
• Manage the responsible product line by working with local technical team and regional team on product improving, localization, developing and cancelling.
• Make sure the competitive of responsible products not only in technical performance but also the supply chain and branding.

Requirements：

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Construction Materials or Chemical relate
• ＞8 years’ experience in related industry such construction chemical or civil industrial.
• Good communication skills
• Pleasant, mature, self-motivated, results-oriented
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
