·         Work as a key player in marketing team to support the development of campaign ideas and plans.

·         Manage internal and external partners across key campaign areas, including content (copywriting and design), ·         creative, influencers/KOLs/KOCs, ad buying, SEM, SEO, tech build, CRM, PR and events

·         Manage the development of comprehensive campaign briefs and reports.

·         Manage time for all work produced, ensuring deadlines are met.

·         Collate data required for weekly / monthly / end of campaign performance reports with input into analysis, as required.

·         Ensure good communications throughout the campaign - escalating issues and risks as they are identified.

·         Ongoing provision of China market insight to help keep the team informed of the latest developments

·         Support pitch development for new and existing clients as required, bringing insight and strategic thought into proposals.

任职要求：

·        6+ years’ working experience with global brands.

·        A wide range of marketing competencies across digital, research, experiential, creative and social media.

·        Proven track record in successfully delivering marketing campaigns targeting Chinese consumers.

·        Insights and extensive experience in loyalty programmes, marketing and strategy development with excellent skills in managing agency and partners

·        Excellent communication skills – clear, concise and engaging

·        Working to budgets and multi-tasking.
