工作职责：

1. 通过与消费者沟通的实例演示，实地带教门店店主,  使用“一店一码”系统管理门店消费者售卖量和新用户招募，帮助门店提高客户服务水平；

2.在所负责客户门店，组织与执行线上消费者活动包括直播、社群活动，帮助开拓新用户招募、转化竞品用户和老用户保有；

3.  在所负责的客户门店，在门店组织和开展店内包括大篷车妈妈班，忠诚用户沙龙和亲子活动竞赛等消费者互动活动，帮助开拓新用户招募，转化竞品用户和老用户保有；

4. 赋能门店店长、店员&SR为他们提供产品知识的培训，优化门店服务水平

任职要求：

1. 大专以上学历,3年以上快速消费品行业的销售或市场经验; 

2. 熟悉母婴渠道运作，终端执行经验丰富；

3. 有人员培训带教经验；

4. 良好的分析和解决问题的能力;  

5. 良好的沟通能力和谈判演讲技巧；

6. 能承受较大压力；

7. 良好的数据分析能力
