Role Purpose:
? leasing consultancy
? Search potential clients in providing retail leasing services to the project.
? Local potential tenants sourcing and negotiation
? To work together with leasing team to find the best fit tenants for the project
? Help tenants to do site inspection and leasing contracts negotiation.

Responsibilities:
? Client sourcing and follow up on requirements.
? Drafting and writing up of proposals and reports.
? Other jobs that are assignment by the HOD.
?
Qualifications:
College graduate or above
Demonstrable technical competence in areas relevant to role.
Job experience on Real estate for 3 years or above.

Skills & Personal Qualities:
? Basic IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)
? Sensitive to retail market
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
