Job Duties:

• Design and handle production for packaging
• Identify the Packaging tasks/projects and work with suppliers, Service providers and internal team in planning and executing them
• Validate packaging tests and inspection plans designed to assure quality of product packaging based on a review of all applicable safety standards and industry requirements
• Review and resolve packaging issues with suppliers, factories, service providers, and packaging vendors
• Coordinate, communicate and liaise with internal & external parties, related to sample evaluations
• Handle all graphic and packaging quotations, source suppliers to handle special requests
• Maintain good communication with the suppliers to make sure our package requirements and standards have been well informed to all suppliers.
• Follow up Supplier KPI
• Travel when it is needed for business
• Other tasks assign by the superior

Requirement：

• College degree or above in Packaging or others;
• At least 3 years working experience in of packaging and printing related field.
• Good command of English on writing & speaking.
• Knowledge about raw material and finish goods markets price levels, able to perform price break down;
• In depth knowledge in quality assurance and quality control.
• Good project management experience and organization skills.
• Knowledge of the following areas: 
• Multiple packaging materials, such like corrugated, plastic, wooden, etc.,
• Packaging structure design & Packaging test (ISTA, BST, ECT, BCT, etc)
• Flexo, Offset litho, Screen Printing technology
• Conventional and Digital pre-press technologies
• Color management experience (G7 or GMI certificate, ICC profile, etc)
• Punctually, honesty, responsibility, patient, attentive, Compliant and enforceability;
• Willing to travel when needed.
