Job Duties:

• Conduct and support supplier audit activities;
• Follow up supplier corrective action and preventive action of factory audit failing points;
• Maintain the factory audit report and tracking log in share folder;
• Identify suppliers with performance issues, establish and execute improvement plans;
• Publish metrics and feedbacks on suppliers’ performance for monthly business reviews, KPI data collection and analysis;
• Establish customized action plans to develop targeted suppliers to meet company requirements;
• Conduct quality tools training to suppliers under development;
• Recommend supplier selection, development and de-selection strategies based on supplier performance;
• Support suppliers on quality systems development;
• Support suppliers to improve and maintain effectiveness of their product realization process;
• Customer complains follow-up, work together with supplier to identify the root cause, establish action plans, and feedback the result to customer;
• Feedback and recommend improvement to Audit, assessment, PSI audit and other tool sets;

• Other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirement：

• College degree or above; 
• At least 3 years’ experience in supplier quality management; 
• Excellent written and verbal skills in both Chinese & English
• Solid PC and Microsoft Office skills (Excel)
• Good knowledge of ISO9001 and SA8000; can lead the audit of quality system and social;
• Proactive, independent, well-organized, mature, out-going personality;
• Willing to travel.
