1.Candidate must have minimum 10 years work experience with international or local EPC, EPCM company focusing on architectural engineering design;
2.Candidate should have great technical capability to deliver architectural engineering design;
3.Candidate should have solid understand of industrial and civilian architectural engineering design;
4.Be able to develop architectural layouts and simulation to meet or exceed customer expectation;
5.Solid understanding and knowledge of building energy saving and green design;
6.Familiar with local architectural codes & standards;
7.Candidate with Class A professional architect engineer license is preferred;
8.Bachelor degree of architect engineering ;
9.Excellent Autocad and 3DMax skills;
10.Good communication skills;
11.Good spoken and written English capability
12.Architecture level 1 certification.(具有一级建筑师证书)
