· Engineers with 8 years Supplier Quality experience at an Automotive Company, preferably a few years at an international JV or WOFE. (在汽车行业至少拥有8年的供应商质量管理的经验, 特别需要具备在跨国公司工作的经验)
· Expertise in Interior.(熟悉内饰件)
· Thorough knowledge of the APQP Process and all documents such that they could teach this to a group of people who have never done this before. They should have completed APQP documentation multiple times for International Customers in their past work experience. (完全了解APQP流程,能够培训从来没有APQP经验的团队. 具有为世界级的客户完成APQP文件的多次经验)
· Good problem solving skills and so they provide multiple examples of problems they solved. They must thoroughly understand how to complete 8 D reports and be able to teach it to others. It would even be better if they lead a team of individuals to solve company problems, not just participated in someone else's team to solve problems. (良好的解决问题的能力,可以提供多种解决问题的事例.必须完全理解,并完成8D并且能给供应商培训. 具备独立带领团队解决问题,并非参与别人的带领的团队解决问题)
· Must understand ISO 9000, QS9000, and TS16949 Site audit requirements. Doing an assessment and telling a Supplier to fix them self is not good enough. They must relate how they worked with Suppliers (more than 1) to actively help them improve. (必须理解ISO9000,QS9000和TS16949现场评审条件.必须有和供应商一起工作帮助他们找出问题,解决问题并且提高)
· Finally, must have been involved in multiple new product launches where Project Management activities (tracking of tools, parts, and key program events) was done by them and addressing crisis situations because something was missed or timing was extremely tight.(必须参与多次新产品投产,熟悉项目管理)
