Job Duties

• Preparing monthly reporting for French headquarter (KPI validation and analysis of financial data’s according to requirement from the board;
• Preparing the monthly price index indicator (Following the impact of the latest purchasing negotiations, impact of dollar the evolution…);
• Be in support to the office operations by providing data to different departments (History of turnovers, quantities, delay of payment, quality, procurement, design, supply chain, PPT presentation…);
• Setting up and follow up of KPI’s on key projects (re-engineering, design to cost, quality projects, logistics projects);
• Analysis of the sourcing activities:(Sales, EBITDA, cash flow, ROL, mission cost…) and notify the gap between the budget;
• To assist the Financial Manager on the monthly closing (treasury, assets, P&L, provisions…);
• Other tasks could be assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• College degree or above, majoring in finance related (cost control, accounting, audit...)
• 1-2 years’ experience in related fields; fresh graduate with good qualification can be considered;
• Excellent written and verbal skills in both Chinese & English, basic French is a plus;
• Solid PC and Microsoft Office skills (Excel)
• Proactive, independent, well-organized, mature, out-going personality;
