Purpose of the position
Reliability management of E&I equipment of all LGN plant for improvement and keep plant reliability, support by platform reliability team
为了提高并保持装置可靠性，在总部可靠性团队支持下，对LGN 所有装置现场的仪电设备进行管理


Principal responsibilities
E&I team management
？ E&I management procedure establishment for management standard requirement, ensure relative process running well/为了管理标准化，制订仪电管理程序，确保相关业务运行正常
？ E&I team management and working plan, ensure routine plan can be finished/仪电团队的管理和工作规划，确保例行计划能够完成
？ Inspect DCS and instruments device, environment condition, technical, documentation, tools management and review/监督DCS 和仪表的设备、环境条件、技术、资料、工器具管理和检查
？ E&I spare parts inspection and review, payment review for relative PR/仪电备件检查和审查，对相关采购的付款的审查
？ To lead E&I Maximo data collection, loading and review/牵头仪电Maximo 数据收集、上线及核查
？ Inspect billing metering management/监督结算用计量仪表的管理
？ Inspect maintenance or repair for cathode protection system and ROM system of pipeline/监督管道阴极保护系统和远程监视系统的维护和检修
Predictable maintenance and repair
？ Annual M&R plan and budget preparation/年度维修保养计划和预算准备
？ Reliability review action plan framer and inspection/可靠性审计的行动计划的制订及检查
？ EMOC application review or approval/EMOC 的申请的审核或批准
？ E&I PM, CM and other MSR approval/仪电PM、CM 和其它MSR 的批准
？ Maintenance and repair’s scenario design review and approval, process control, safety inspection and management etc/维护及检修的方案设计，过程控制，安全监护及管理等
？ E&I trouble and incident removal instruction/仪电故障的排除指导
？ Operation hidden trouble recording and removal/仪电隐患记录并排除
Support to operation
？ Routine specialist inspection /例行专业检查的执行
？ Support to process operation, mobile wait for emergency call around clock/支持工艺生产，电话24小时待机以备紧急响应
Others
？ To lead E&I technology training/牵头仪电技术培训
？ Support to CES engineer for relative E&I job/支持CES 工程师的相关仪表工作

Required key skills (functional/technical)
1. E&I design, operation, maintenance skill /仪电设计、运行、维护技能

4. English listening, expressing, reading and writing skill/英文听、说、读、写技能

Required qualifications/experience
1. E&I engineer with over 5 years experience
2. E&I specialty graduate
3. over 5 years E&I engineering experience
4. over 5 years E&I operation and maintenance experience
