Primary Purpose:
Looking for an assistant Digital manager to lead digital media buying campaigns to ensure the brand online awareness, continuously recruit new & young customers and enhance the brand digital acceleration, among all China media platforms. He/she will be responsible for Display ads, programmatic buys, and SEM/SEO, from planning to execution, among different media platforms.

Digital Display Ads Media
- Work closely with Media Buying Agency for online ads campaign planning (including display, OTV, OTT) and supervise campaign execution to ensure the brand awareness on advertising
- Evaluate media partners and manage the campaign execution to ensure continuous improvement on marketing efficiency
- Work with media partners on advertorial content development to maximize the brand exposure and ensure the consistency of messages across multiple networks
- Deliver post campaign analysis reports to improve on key learnings and insights to further benefit future campaign planning and business objectives
Programmatic Buys
- Define & plan the proper media channel/ format for DMP and RTB; analyze ads performance to optimize ROI and digital consumer journey to drive traffic to official Coach website and mini-program
- Support e-commerce campaign initiatives, in order to build up brand awareness and drive traffic/conversion on ecommerce business
Search Engine Management
- Drive the search strategy based on marketing objectives and campaign planning to increase the SEM & SEO effectiveness
- Identify search engine marketing business opportunities based on competitive research, industry data/trends and key performance metrics for marketing campaigns
- Build search engine volume and efficiency forecast, making recommendations on keywords selection and initiating A/B testing for keywords bids to improve key metrics
- Work closely with Search Agency on Brandzone & PPC updates and optimization (visuals, ad copies, and bidding cost) to in-line with brand marketing communication

- 5+ years of working experience in a media buying agency or an in-house role for media planning, especially for digital
- Strong knowledge within the media buying, programmatic ads and SEM.
- Strategic planning capability on digital platform/function selection and management
- Strong ability to work with internal partners for e-commerce, and external partners for media & media buying agency.
- Interest for fashion and luxury sector and understanding of brand standards
