Objectives:

• The primary responsibility is to develop strategic planning and enhance sales efficiency for the cluster.
• It is essential to understand the industry intelligence customer needs, technology trends and industry to define portfolio & services that meet these needs better than our competitors in the industry.
• This role will look at both of internal resources and external market needs, to explore the gap and propose the solutions to bridge the gap.
• This role will also involve all sales excellence initiatives to maximize the outcome of the investment in all aspects.

Responsibilities：

Strategic marketing

• Actively contribute to the creation of marketing plans for business in Greater China;
•  Perform market researches and analyses (including macro-economic analysis, value chain and profit pool analysis, key success factors in the industry) and to gain valuable insights with regards to market and technology trends, customer needs and competition (landscape, offerings and capabilities);
•  Identify and target attractive market opportunities and customer segments through compelling value propositions and effective business models to deliver them, and define a plan to address internal capability gaps (when necessary);
• Effectively communicate strategy & influence others to translate strategy into actions.

Sales excellence

• Achieve sales excellence through regional initiatives, such as key account management, new product launch, key opportunities etc.
• Coordinate with product managers and regional functional department to deliver solid new product launch packages for new portfolio
•  Coordinate with key account managers for KAP to achieve sales growth and explore new business opportunities

• Other sales excellence initiates

Requirement：

• Education: min Bachelor Degree, in marketing or Civil Engineering is a plus
• Working Experience: minimum 5 years working experience in related business, experience in strategy, marketing management
• Technical & Professional knowledge: Marketing background in construction industry, develop business plan and presenting the plan.
•  Skills: Excellent presentation skills, fluent English both in writing and speaking.
