Lead event planning from proposal to delivery, to enhance brand image and build connection with consumers and recruit target consumers, coordinate and execute engaging consumer events supporting product launches.

Plan and supervise all logistics of events, including proposal & design brief, outpost design layout, production of decorating, material selection & production, vendor management, checklist preparation, collaterals, visual merchandising and filing.

Communicate with internal stakeholders to prepare the event and ensure the message delivered to consumers correctly.

Supervise vendors on event production, execution, labor, photo & video etc., to fulfill highest quality requirements base on brand guideline.

Sales & Interaction evaluation, ROI analysis to increase and improve the event mechanism.

1. Monthly retailer EC content preparation & online sampling plan and touch plan--New product introduction, promotion info, must-buy product recommended, Super Brand Day content and promotion materials, sales tracking reports to improve support plan
2. Regional trade mkt support: promotion material preparation and GWP/Samples orders. Based on the individual store activation, customized promotion plans accordingly. 

Qualifications

1.      University graduated with minimum 5 years experience in trade marketing/retail marketing. 

2.     EC experience is preferred. Background in Prestige is preferred.

3.     Fluent in English

4.     Excellent in PPT & EXCEL

5.     Creative thinking and taking initiatives, work independently

6.     Good negotiation and mature communication skills. Strong intention to be succeeded, passionate with high energy.

7.     Basic planning skill and strong budget control sense, strong analytical skill

8.     Care and further to details. Positive with can-do attitude, with tenacity.
