职位描述
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement human resources policies, procedures and systems in recruiting and staffing, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, with the objective of meeting TE corporate requirements also TE Suzhou business needs within TE corporate guidelines and law & local regulations.
Planning and Budgeting
Set up and define HR department goal; develop and implement department budget and plan, allocate department budget to subfunctions and monitor the achievement of the budget in order to meet department's annual performance goals.
Policies and Procedures
Develop, enhance, implement and monitor HR policies and procedures in order to ensure compliance with corporate HR strategy, TE Suzhou plant policies and local Law/regulations.
People Management and Development
Allocate and balance work across subordinates; review and provide timely performance feedback to subordinates; mentor, develop and motivate subordinates; and resolve people/functional issues in the department in order to achieve targeted department performance.
Recruiting and Staffing
Make HR department hiring plan and consolidate plant manpower needs (headcount budget) for management team's approval; advise recruitment team through defining recruiting focuses, highlighting hiring managers' special requirements and delivering hiring philosophy from management team; coach recruiting team and monitor recruiting status in order to meet business requirements and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Compensation and Benefit
(i) Develop annual C&B plan for TE Suzhou plant in line with corporate guidelines to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness; and advise plant compensation positioning and implement accordingly in order to ensure compliance with plant pay philosophy;
(ii) Lead plant-wide performance appraisal/annual salary review program
in order to achieve internal equity and external competitiveness within TE Suzhou.
Training and Development
Develop annual training plan for TE suzhou plant in line with corporate guidelines; monitor and evaluate implementation of training plan; provide consultation and suggestion to department head during annual training plan making; set up company-wide inhouse training plan for overall soft skills improvement and plant's talent development/succession plan according to corporate guidelines; initiate and organize particular training program for TE suzhou organization's healthy business growth in order to achieve people development targets within TE Suzhou; and to meet business requirement.
Employee Relationship
Coach Employee Relationship Officer to be competent in handling all kinds of employee relationship issues in TE Suzhou; build up healthy communication platform/channel in order to maintain harmonious working environment.
Project Management
Lead and facilitate company level projects in relation to HR areas in order to make sure project targets achieved in TE suzhou
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above
More than 8 years experience in HR area, including 5 years management experience in manufacturing with more than 500 employees
Strong leadership
Strong cross-functions communication skills
Proactive with "Can do" attitude
Can work under big pressure
Strong service mind, problem-solving skills and innovation
