· Maintain and build creative assets meets Thomas Cook brand guidelines

· Deliver design works across visual, rich media content and digital interaction to support business initiatives

· Contribute thoughts and professional views from creative point of view to support marketing campaigns and other activities

· Work with vendors and outside specialty resources to deliver end products

· Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to insure schedules, deliverables, and fiscal accountability

· Ensuring deliverables are of expectant artistic and technical standards

· Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in visual design field

Skills, know-how and experience [max 8]:

Must have:

· Excellent creative instincts with a solid understanding of visual, print & interactive design

· Understanding of brand development, e-commerce promotions and marketing campaigns

· Well organized, responsible, and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time

· 5+ years of experience in a designer role of lifestyle or hospitality industry, experience in luxury industry or advertising agency preferred

· English and Mandarin speaking and writing skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Video editing skills is a plus.
