工作内容：
- 负责UPS功率半导体器件（IGBT/MOS/DIODE）性能/可靠性 测试方法&能力建设。
- 负责UPS主动类电子器件的选型，认证，兼容性替代，应用分析，失效分析。
- 负责UPS电子元器件主动类器件选型平台建设与管理。
经验及能力要求：
- 3年以上电力电子相关行业（逆变器/变频器/UPS） 硬件设计/电子元器件认证 相关工作经验。
- 非常熟悉主动类电子器件的材料特性/应用电路/关键制程工艺/行业动态， 具有此类器件选型/认证/应用分析/失效分析/可靠性评估&质量问题处理等相关工作经验2年以上.
- 积极正面，沟通能力强，跨部门沟通经验丰富 (制造/研发/采购/供应链)
- 英语能力要求：书面能以英语为工作语言，口语能进行基本沟通和电话会议。
- 学历要求： 本科，微电子材料工程或电子工程专业
