职位描述
Purpose of the position
To Implement CES activities in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner through the design, installation and maintenance of equipment on Linde customer sites according to Linde Global standard and Nation standard.
Principal responsibilities
- Providing safety and suitable supply system design, type and budget according to Linde Global Standard and National Standard.
- Provide CES technical supporting for sales about proposal discussion, problem solving and other technical discussion with customer.
- Implement and manage project(standard, application and Non standard) in schedule according to customer contract requirement in safety, costless manner.
- Implement or monitor CES installation according to requirement of Linde Global EMOC& PTW and China National.
- Emergency and periodical maintaining service for supply system.
- Responsible for the refurbishment and utilization of Linde CES owned Capital equipment to ensure effective capital cost control and management of assets documentation.
- Communicate with Government for pressure vessel license, pressure pipeline license, safety appraisal and legislation Inspection.
- Train contractor and customer with Linde safety standards and requirement about safety operation to ensure safety, reliability and stability of Linde supply system.
- Involve in contractor reviewing with Purchase Department to enhance service and safety level of contractor.
- Responsible for periodical report for CES activities.

Required key skills (functional/technical)
1. Office software skill with CAD drawing.
2. CET-4 above preferring
Required qualifications/experience
- Degree in a chemical or engineering discipline or maintaining.
- 3 years experience in a contracting/project management role.
- Wide range of industries and an understanding of how the Linde Group products support these.
- In depth knowledge of engineering practices.
- Knowledge of conditions of contract.
- Detailed knowledge of construction industry.
- Good English and Mandarin.
