1、主持环境部门（保洁，绿化，虫控等）的日常工作，及时了解各项工作情况；并检查、督促和协调工作进展；

2、保证并持续提高本部门的工作效率和工作、服务质量；

3、审核并编制、发布部门内各项规章制度、操作规程、工作程序和作业指导书，及时指导修改不适用的操作规程；

4、对本部门员工进行合理配置，核定内部分工范围，负责制定本部门员工的岗位职责，建立各岗位责任制；

5、检查清洁卫生记录，并督促按规定存档；

6、负责检查、指导和考核下属员工的工作，确保工作质量，维护良好的纪律，督促下属员工及相关供应商遵守本公司以及客户的管理制度；

7、负责客户投诉，跟踪处理投诉结果，确保客户满意度；

8、做好与客户的沟通工作，更好地满足客户的各种需求，达到合同约定的服务内容和承诺的服务质量，并且与客户保持良好的沟通及协调；

9、本部门相关的其他工作。
