职位描述:

工作内容:

转接总机电话，收发传真、快递、信件和报刊；

负责访客、来宾的登记、接待和引见工作；

日常班车派遣管理

预定机票及酒店，提供接机安排服务

管理办公用品发放与登记；

协助行政部门组织公司活动；

完成上级领导交代的其他的工作。

任职资格:

1 年以上行政人事、文秘或相关工作经验；

熟练使用办公软件、办公自动化设备；

工作细致认真，谨慎细心，热情，积极主动；

具备良好的沟通、组织、协调能力，注重团队合作。
