岗位职责：

1、主持日常管理工作。根据各时期的实际状况，提出制定相应整改措施以提高公司服务质量和客户满意度

2、对公司和甲方客户双方负责和汇报工作，按时向公司和客户提交工作计划和小结，听取客户的意见和要求，并在规定期限内落实执行。

3、进行巡视，对设备运行保养、保洁和保安等方面的服务情况进行了解，每天检查各个重点环节，发现问题及时解决。

4、发生紧急事件时，立即组织相关责任人员进行处理，按应急方案制定的措施执行。对发生的紧急事件应在事后组织相关责任人员总结、学习，分析原因并写出报告向公司和客户汇报；

5、及时催收费用，完成相关财务指标、利润目标，控制成本，编制预算；

6、根据组织架构，对项目人员进行合理的人力资源配置；

7、建设和发展团队人员，组织开展培训、考核和员工激励。

任职要求：

1.45 周岁以下，大专及以上学历；

2.具备物业管理经验5年以上，有物业工程背景，熟悉工程模块相关工作；

3.具有优秀的客户沟通能力、组织协调能力、团队建设及人员管控能力及综合事务处理能力。
