Job Duties:

- Responsible for the deployment and maintenance of all IT equipment of the company, including but not limited to PCs/Printers/laptops, etc.;

- Communication terminals management, including network phones and video conference terminals …;

- Responsible for network equipment, servers and security systems monitoring and management; 

- Assist employees in daily office software installation and help guide them to use related equipment when necessary;

- The initial settings of employees' computers, related equipment and applications accounts creation and information update; 

- Manage and update Snipe IT, record the distribution of relevant equipment in time ;

- Other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Preferable with 1-2 years experience
• Good command of English (writing and litsening)
• Must know Windows environments, Office365 and associated tools
• Must know how to install and managed client workstations
• must have knowledge of network and Wifi ( installation, troubleshooting, … )
