Procurement Specialist 采购顾问
- Identification & evaluation of potential supply of marbles and burnt lime of the selective provinces C Fujin, Guangdong, Shandong, Henan and Guangxi
- Compile the supplier short list with supply capacity per province
- Collect and validate the downstream business of Caco3 of the selective provinces. Focus industries are paper, plastic, paint and construction material
- Evaluate the logistics infrastructure C road, port and railway
- Compile the logistics service provider short list with market price indicator per province
- Define routes from supply points to market with estimated cost per ton and lead time in days
- Collaborate with Mining & Raw Material in balancing the stone supply to the company plants with consideration of cost
- Establish market bench mark price per grade of stone
- Build the logistics net work
- Connect to the universities and National Resource Bureau for data collection and validation
- Ready to travel (about 80 %)
Education / experiences /skills / competencies required:
University degree
A minimum 5 years working experiences of calcium carbonate C marbles and burnt lime procurement in China
Experience in business negotiations and contracting
Excellent interpersonal, leadership and networking skills
Problem solving skill, determination to persist through challenges
Fluent written and spoken English, other languages are a major advantage
Good analytical skills.
Good communication skills.
两种上班制度：1、全职工作，五天上班制，80%出差；为期6个月
