Task and Responsibilities 工作职责

？ Management of cash: cash deposit and withdrawing by routine requirement; safe keep of petty cash.
现金的管理：常规需求下的现金存取，小额现金的保管

？ Management of bank account: check the balance of bank accounts everyday; match the physical bank balance with the amount of book-keeping; filing of all bank statements every month; safekeeping of chequebooks, bank remittance documents, etc.
银行账户的管理：每天检查银行账户的余额；比对实际银行存款和账本记款的数额；每月将所有银行对账单归档；对支票、银行汇款单等文件的保管；

？ Internal reimbursement: check original reimbursement forms; deal with reimbursement according to corporation internal policy; monitoring and follow up on advances made
内部报销：核实原始报销表格；根据公司内部政策处理报销；监测跟踪取得的进展

？ Payment: check payment applications, purchase orders, original invoices/bills; issue payments including forex payment upon proper management approvals.
支付：核查支付应用，采购订单，原始发票或账单；支付问题包括合理管理批准后的外汇支付。

？ Management of invoices (including foreign currency invoices): issue official invoices including VAT invoices, business tax invoices, general VAT invoices and official receipts correctly; safekeeping of all invoices; also including to liaise with tax office where necessary (ie purchase tax invoices etc); scan/verify VAT invoices timely
发票的保管（包括外币的发票）：出具正式发票，包括增值税专用发票，营业税发票，一般的增值税发票和正式收据;所有发票和财务印章的保管；以及与税务所保持必要的联系（例如，购买税务发票等）；及时审视并核实增值税专用发票

？ Post information on invoices, receipts and payments into cash management module of ERP system every day (atea Composites, Sino)
每天在企业规划系统中以现金管理模式发布发票、收据及支付信息。（亚德化工、芯诺）

？ Reporting: make up bank reconciliation every month end, daily cash report, ad-hoc reporting.
报表：每月末制作银行往来对照表，每日现金报表，每周现金流动预报表，其他特殊报表。

？ Liaise with banks for any related banking issues timely. Liaise with SAFE where necessary.
对于相关银行事项及时与银行联系。必要时与国家外管局联系。

？ Timely and proper filing of bank statements and accounting vouchers
对于银行账单和会计凭证及时准确地归档

？ Keep updated on new developments in banking products & technology, rates and related matters
保持更新银行产品与技术、利息率及相关事项的新进展

？ Safekeeping of Financial Special Seal (atea Sha, atea Eng)
保管财物专用章(亚德上海、亚德工程)

？ Other extra work assignments from the department when needed.
在必要时完成部门布置的其他工作任务。


Requirements 职位要求

Education: Diploma or equivalent, major in financing, accounting or economics
教育：大专或同等学历，金融、会计或经济专业
Working Experience: More than 2 years experience of cashier position; Experience in international company is preferable;
工作经验：至少2年以上的出纳经历，有跨国公司工作经验者更佳；
Technical & Professional Knowledge:
技术和专业知识：
？ Knowledge of Chinese accounting and tax regulations and local regulations;
了解中国会计税务规则及当地规则；
？ Knowledge of Chinese banking regulations and system
了解中国银行条例及系统；
？ Knowledge in foreign exchange laws and regulations, also related to payments for import & export;
了解外汇法律与规定，并与进出口条款相关；
？ Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with Accounting software will be an advantage
会运用Microsoft Office（Outlook, Excel, Word）；会使用会计软件者更佳；
