Job Duties:

- Create a score card (KPI) all the Chinese supplier in order to take further action to improve our service rate ratio and support Merchandiser in their negotiations;

- Participate in regular reviews and communicate with suppliers to ensure all terms and conditions are met and that any problems are identified and resolved;

- Maintain and interpret saved data to measure supplier performance to identify trends, gaps; ensure 100% accuracy of the data update;

- Ensure on time delivery & visibility for all BUT Sourcing order from China to France (Around 7000 orders a year)

- Establishes improvement targets and measurements;

- Provide recommendations on all procurement related issues, plans, reports, process;

- Ensure that all the orders tool are updated to assure orders transparency;

- Other assignments related to the position arranged by the Manager.

- 建立中国供应商积分卡（KPI）系统，以此提高供应商的服务率，为订单价格协商提供全面的信息参考；

-参与与供应商的定期回顾会议，确保各项交易条件完整无误，同时发现并解决产生的相关问题；

-维护并有效利用留存的数据评估供应商的各项指标，确保指标趋势正确，找出指标空缺项，保证数据100%正确；

-确保BUT深圳公司所有从中国发往法国的订单发货及时准时，100%能见可操作（每年大约7000个订单量）

-创建新的评估指标和目标项；

-提供有效的建议和方法改善采购订单部门的相关问题，增强绩效；

-确保所有订单工具是最更新的以及所有订单的透明性；

-完成其他由上级安排跟职位相关的工作。

Requirements:

- 1 year working experience, fresh with good potential can be considered;

- English: able to work with English environment, able to communicate with foreigners in English

- Good excel skills

- Ability to work under pressure when needed
