Main activities:

1.Responsible for C&B routines, such as payroll, HR data maintenance, reports and analysis preparation;

2.Collect and analyze updated legal regulations and government policies to ensure compensation & benefit programs meet local government and legal regulations;

3.Provide support in improving C&B related policy and process;

4.Provide assistance to C&B related project planning and execution, such as benchmark survey and labor cost budget etc;

5.To assist in HR-related programs & activities whenever necessary.


Position requirements:

1. Bachelor in human resource management, statistics, etc.

2. At least 4+ years working experiences on C&B field.

3. Familiar with the labor law and relevant regulation, possess strong ability of data processing.

4. Strong sense of responsibilities, integrity, team player, self motivation, detail-oriented and mature.

5. Very logical thinking, good interpersonal and communication skills

6. Good command of English in both oral and written.CET 6 is perfect.

7. Expert at Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PPT.
