职位描述
该职位与外服签一年制工作合同。
Principal responsibilities
1. Operational Management:
Enter journal entries including accruals and recurring entries relating to day to day business activities and period end close.
Execute period end accounting entries: calculate period end journals, execute routine cycles such as revaluations, settlements depreciation, allocation etc.
Execute interfaces of FI module with other modules of SAP.
Close general ledger, sub ledger and consolidate period end results.
Submit LiFT requirements (Financials, bridge and capex)
Upload of EFL tool to SAP (ECCS and LiFT)
Local statutory report and tax declaration
Execute post close activities: control posting period for next period
Prepare new financial year
Ensure all transactions comply with Linde group financial policies and procedures and meets legal, statutory audit and internal controls requirements.
Maintain all General accounting reports and spreadsheets.
Reconciling of bank statements.
Interface with business finance teams for smooth execution of tax management
Interface with business finance teams for smooth execution of annual budget
Ensure and coordinate timely and quality year end audit
Ensure and coordinate timely and quality internal audit
Comply with other instructions as directed.
2. Performance & Service Management
Execute work in accordance with the service management framework by providing timely and accurate customer service.
3. Identify continuous improvement opportunities in quality & efficiency and supports implementation efforts across the team.
4. Ensure build and implementation of best practices
Required qualifications/experience
1. 4 to 5 years experience in accounting function with at least 2 years experience as a senior accountant
2. Accounting degree and recognised general accounting qualification
3. Sound SAP knowledge and scanning technology
4. Must have advanced Excel skills and Proficient in basic math skills
5. Knowledge and understanding of general Ledger accounting, Fixed Assets accounting and accounting functions.
