职位描述
Main responsibilities:
l Be responsible for centralized IT infrastructure management and support
l Lead IT infrastructure projects and coordinate the implementation in China
l Be responsible for centralized IT infrastructure architecture design and standardization
l Coordinate with headquarter IT for global IT infrastructure projects /policy /standardization implementation
l Be responsible for end user support of Shanghai Management company
l Be responsible for IT assets management of China
l Manage the services of external IT infrastructure partners and vendors
l Be responsible for IT infrastructure and end user service improvement of China
Education background:
Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science, information systems, IT related subjects;
Requirements:
l Good command of English is necessary, especially spoken English
l More than 5 years working experience.
l Experiences of end user service and IT project leading are necessary
l Experiences and good knowledge of AD, Lotus Notes, Server Virtualization, Application Virtualization, Backup and WAN and LAN management are necessary
Personality:
l Open, initiative, responsible, smart and self-confidence
l Good communication and organization skill, good team management skill
