岗位职责：

1.负责带领维修技术员开展日常检查维修工作；

2.负责监督专业维保供应商对设施设备进行预防性维护保养；

3.负责给排水、强弱电、电梯、土建维护/管理；

4. 根据方案监督、执行能耗管理程序；

5.人员技能培训，监督和管理现场技术人员日常维护保养工作的实施；

6.对于维修发现的问题和整改及时和项目经理沟通；

7.反馈维修进度工单进度和维修完成。

任职要求：

1.大专及以上学历，具有5年以上专业工作经验，3年以上团队管理经验；

2.有较强的统筹能力、数据分析及报告能力；

3.具有良好的沟通、人际交往能力；

4.熟练操作电脑与办公软件。
