Job Description 岗位描述
- Coordinate Factory Audit with suppliers and Sourcing team.
协调供应商及采购部门一同跟进供应商审核相关事宜
- Maintain the factory audit report and tracking log. Collect SQE reports and record on Shared drive.
跟进记录工厂审核报告。
- Organize Audit result meeting with Sourcing to evaluate corrective actions to input with the suppliers.
组织采购部门、供应商管理部门定期开展工厂审核结果会议以评估供应商所应采取的改善措施，并跟进执行.
- Prepare and Issue monthly Audit KPI to internal functional departments.
准备并发布月度审核KPI给各相关职能部门
- Issue Supplier KPI with QC team
与验货团队一起发布验货结果KPI.
- Build up Factory Audit plan and corrective plans with Quality team and Sourcing
与品质部、采购部一起协调制定工厂审核计划和改善计划
- Build up Quality criteria with SQE, QC and PE
与SQE，QC及ＰＥ一起制定发布质量标准
- Coordinate Process and Procedure within BSourcing
协调公司内部流程事宜
- Build up and issue Process KPI
制作发布公司流程类KPI
- Other Quality related projects

- Other appointment assigned by SQE manager.

Job Requirement 岗位要求
- Good knowledge of ISO9001 and SA8000. Can check the audit report.
具备良好的的质量体系及社会责任体系知识，能够检验验厂报告.
- Proficient skills in various software applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
精通办公软件如Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Good data analysis capability and presentation skill.
良好的数据收集分析能力，并具备一定的演说能力
- Excellent command of the English and Chinese language (written and verbal)
良好的英语、普通话书面及口头表达能力
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
良好的人际交流沟通能力
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
