某世界五百强汽车零部件公司招聘:高级人力资源专员(此职位五年以上人事招聘工作经验以上者优先)

Senior HR Specialist
Job Summary:
The Senior HR Specialist is support HR Mgr to provide HR service . including recruitment, employee relations, HR projects and etc.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Assist in the coordination and administration of the campus recruiting campaign
- Timely update the Job Posting with Internal and External Website
- Coordinate the recruitment application process
- Write Job Description and Job Requirement if necessary
- Propose Job Title and Job Grade and present to HR Manager for further decision
- Select right and effective recruiting channel
- Make the telephone interview and 1st interview
- Arrange interviews for BU and coordinate in related logistic supporting
- Conduct reference Check when necessary
- Give out suggestion to help BU on offer making
- Prepare employment contracts
- Conduct New Staff Checkin Procedure
- Confirm with BU on Staff Probation Performance Evaluation
- Prepare monthly recruitment status report
- Responsible for putting all the relevant resumes passed from different channels under the requisition as well as uploading all the resumes collected from various channels into the talents pool
Employee Relation:
- Timely update the local labor regulations
- Answer employee's question which related company's policy and HR procedures.
- Guide BU on employee dispute process if necessary
- Execute termination process, conduct Exit Interview and make necessary analysis on leaving reason
- Assist/coordinate recreational activities and CSR
Routine Work:
- Coordinate integration/orientation programs and procedures, serve as key contact for all new hires and ensure the smooth on-boarding of all new hires
- Timely update Morus system for New Staff
- New employee data entry in HR system and update when necessary
- Update leaves records in the HR system
- Handle expatriate's working visa application and renewal
- Prepare various letter such as invitation letter, dispatch letter, income certificate etc
- HR Documentation Filing
- Other duties as assigned or as position dictate
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years HR experience
- Undergraduate degree preferably in HR or relevant disciplines
- Excellent oral & written English skill, and Mandarin
- Solid interview skills and experience have certain interviewing related training
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of general HR policies, procedures and current best practices
