1、全日制大专及以上学历，40岁以下，机电、楼宇自控、消防系统等相关专业；
2、二年以上本专业工作经验，有外企相关工作经验者优先；
3、有大规模楼盘BA、门禁、消防、监控等系统的设计或运维管理能力；
薪资福利：一经录用，缴纳五险一金；如遇工作需要安排的加班，会按规定比例支付加班费用；
上班地点：上海市长宁区福泉北路33号联合利华公司，爱玛客项目部。
