Job Responsibilities:

·Develop and implement sales strategies to develop market, channels and customers in China

·Collect and analyze the marketing and competition information for decision making.

·Provide forecast and information on market conditions and competitive situations.

·Visit and develop customers; grow up new business opportunities from the customers

·Initialize the new customer searching activity and enlarge the market share;

·Communicate with the staff of each sales office and agent to get sales policy circulated, supervise and train the sales team and agent;

·Respond quickly to the information collected from competitors

Qualifications:

Education:

·College degree or above, major in business/marketing or chemical. Overseas educational experience is preferred.

Experience:

·About 10+ years of working experience, in Sales and Marketing functions in multi-national company

Knowledge:

·Strong understanding of chemical industry and Manufacturing Corporation

·Knowledge of packaging industry

Ability / Skill:

·Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese.

·Have strong interest for packaging industry and understand the specific environment of our customers;

·Positive client- service attitude

·Marketing analysis and strategy making ability

·Strong presentation skills

·Good disposition.

·Good organizational skills.

·Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

·Detail-oriented
