职位描述
新进中国外资农化行业巨头公司生物技术法规事务经理(要求生物工程/种子工程/农学等背景，法律专业请勿投递)
职位要求：
1.硕士及以上学历，植物生物技术、农学、作物育种学等相关专业
2.具备较强的沟通协调能力和良好的团队合作精神
3.工作中能熟练使用英语，尤其是口语和书面
岗位职责和具体要求如下（英文）：
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Maintain au-to-date and detailed understanding of GM plant import and cultivation regulatory and approval requirements, procedures and timelines.
2. Ensure timely submissions of dossiers to get approvals to conduct regulated field trials.
3. Ensure management of regulated field trials achieves compliance with external and internal standards.
4. Submit requests and obtain required approvals for import into China and export from China of company GM plant materials for Research purposes, and for laboratory and field testing in China as required to obtain approvals for import of GM events for Food, Feed and Processing, and for Cultivation.
5. To coordinate logistics and project management with company and external partners involved in GM plant research and regulated laboratory and field studies.
6. To track local GM plant studies to ensure on-time development of reports to be included in dossier submissions, and manage other administrative work associated with this
7. To contribute to team building by acting as a focal point for“stewardship” of GM glass house and field tests; to conduct training program of involved SYT personnel when necessary.
8. To follow through on all Seeds RA actions needed with government officialsin Provinces where regulated trials are to be conducted.
9. To support both internal and external communication and advocacy work on plant biotechnology related issues, especially Chinese Regulatory Policy, with and through trade associations,.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Critical Knowledge:
1. Graduated withuniversity degree (post Graduate preferred) in plant biotechnology or related area.
2. Knowledge of human, animal and environmental risk assessment methodology and procedures.
3. Good understanding of biotech registration system at both the Central Government and Provincial Government levels in China.
4. 5 years above relevant experience
Critical Skills:
1. Good scientific writing and ability to draft technical texts.
2. Good communication skills in English, written and verbally.
3. Good organizational and analytical skills.
4. Work using own initiative and ability to prioritize work whenunder time pressure.
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and play an active and constructive role as a team member.
