? Manage end-to-end projects;
? Identify, design and implement solution for projects in the area of:
o data analytics and advanced analytics
o supplier risk and supplier relationship management
o market intelligence
o user experience improvement
o enhance compliance and adherence to process
o competency framework development
o sustainability
o contract management
o communication

任职要求:

? University degree in business, statistics, or related fields
? Ability to work in a matrix environment, convince stakeholders and get consensus and adoption of Procurement’s vision, this role would not have direct reports but would need to collaborate extensively with colleagues in various departments
? Business Analytics and data story telling: combine data visualization with narrative techniques to deliver insights in a way that engages decision makers in a compelling and easily embraced form. Be honest on this! We may select you anyhow!
? Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
? Experience with advanced analytics techniques, such as forecasting, clustering, outlier detection, etc
? Knowledge of some procurement tools like Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contract management or SRM is a plus
? Knowledge of Qlik Sense is a plus. Programming languages such as R, Python is a plus
? Attention to details but also can thinking holistically: connecting internally and externally
? Willingness to work autonomously and in teams… playing different roles
? You’ll be the COE local contact in the Shanghai office and will therefore need the capacity to act alone and rely on a team that is accessible remotely on a different time zone.

? Execution: ability to meet deadline and work well under pressure, ideally with a good dose of humor… especially for those moments. Project management and coordination skills is often required due to the complex nature and scope of many of our projects and initiatives
? Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into concrete projects and bring them to execution. We’d love you to suggest improvements to any existing process within and outside of procurement
? Fluent English (you would join a pretty international procurement team)…
