l Stadium project experience is a must

The company
A privately owned British company solely operating in China which established in 1993 as a specialist engineering and construction project management company.
Requirements
l Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management and at least 5 years
in a supervisory level
l Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management for Real Estate, Industrial, High Rise
l Building, Retail, Shopping Mall, Building Refurbishment (all fit out), Hotel, Office etc.
l Especially in commercial and retail field.
l Knowledge of design management
l Knowledge of tendering process management
l Good application of contract document, good understanding of FIDIC conditions
l Familiarity with government approvals process
l Good skill of project programme scheduling & monitoring
l Top leadership of team for site construction & safety management
